World Intelligence Network

in 1976, the World Intelligence Network was formed to stablize the balance of power within global powers. Their aim was to achieve universal peace. The network is divided into three divisions, the Supreme headquarters being in Washington, the other two are sub-divisions, one based in Moscow and the other in London. To aid win in their quest for peace, a vast array of computer-controlled devices, including four man-made information collecting satellites to transmit information through various means at a touch of a button. The win secret-service school was set up in the heart of Russia for specially screened agents, including Sam Loover and Shane Weston. These special agents are what stablized world peace, and help to control it's future.
